TBIK collects information about respondents that is necessary for the fulfilment of the services we provide, and we undertake to protect the personal data of current and future respondents in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL ON THE PROTECTION OF NATURAL PERSONS WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ON THE FREE MOVEMENT OF SUCH DATA (GDPR) (hereinafter: Regulation). Data processing is subject to lawful processing based on Article 6 of the Regulation.
All data on respondents shall be strictly kept and shall be available only to employees who need this data in the performance of their duties. All TBIK employees are responsible for respecting the principles of processing personal data and the legality of processing.
Before receiving data from the respondent, TBIK shall inform the respondent about the legality of the processing, the conditions, the purpose for collecting and processing data, as well as information about the manager of this processing, contact information of the data protection officer, the legal basis for data processing, recipients or categories of recipients of personal data as necessary, the period in which personal data will be stored or the criteria used to determine that period. Except for the stated purpose, we shall not give, rent, sell or provide your data to third parties, private and legal entities and third countries.
Regarding the use of collected data, respondents are given a choice about the use of their data, including the possibility of deciding whether or not they want their name removed from lists that can be used for marketing campaigns.
